A proficient and savvy member of the team, Dana Zertuche brings 14+ years of real estate experience to the table. Her degree in Environmental Science and 11 years of work for the County of Santa Barbara adds a dynamic and multi-dimensional quality of work that provides valuable experience to the world of real estate. Her expert ability to handle complex contract negotiations and balance the needs of clients has won her considerable recognition over the years. She was recognized by the Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker, and she was included in the Internal President’s Elite, and admitted into the Internal President’s Circle of honor for her outstanding achievements. In the past year alone, Dana made the NRT Top 1,000 Sales Associates and she currently stands in the top 2% of all NRT’s over 50,000 sales associates in the United States. She was also recognized for her outstanding achievement by being placed amount the Top Ten agents in Montecito by Coldwell Banker Realty. Her hard work, talent, and dedicated service continue to allow the team to receive considerable recognition as they are distinguished on a local and national level.
Dana loves the Santa Barbara lifestyle. She came to the area hooked on surfing and continues to spend time hiking outdoors. She celebrates life with her husband of over 12 years and balances her time between work and her three young children. Dana takes pride in her work and strives to share the love of family and home with those wishing to settle in the Santa Barbara area.

LORI CLARIDGE-BOWLES
Professional and accomplished, Lori Bowles brings over 40 years’ experience in Santa Barbara Real Estate to the team as a licensed estate specialist where she blends up to the minute technology with old-fashioned service. Lori’s passion was ignited in 1979 when she began in real estate at Pitts & Bachmann Realtors where she spent 11 years serving over 40 independent real estate agents and coordinating staff between three offices. In 1990, her career shifted where she spent the next 13 years as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of a fast-paced research and development firm taking her all over the world. While traveling abroad she learned that “there’s no place like home.”
Anyone who knows Lori will confirm her success is not just dependent upon her technical expertise and skill, but also upon her interpersonal relationships she creates with those she comes into contact with.
Lori’s unmatched dedication and loyalty led to her partnership with Dana Zertuche. She is able to utilize her expertise and knowledge to apply extraordinary attention to aesthetic detail, unparalleled diplomacy and warm charisma as she builds relationships centered on the understanding and needs of her clients. This same dedication and commitment she displays in the professional world is reflected in her personal life as she and her husband celebrate over 44 years of marriage. She continues to love working on her father’s ranch, fly-fishing, and interior design and spends as much time as possible with her son who manages a cattle ranch in Northern California. She is an avid volunteer In everything she does, she is motivated by her love for life and helping others.
Lori Bowles was named Carpinterian of the year for her work in the community which has spanned over the past two decades. In 2004, she took on a leadership role in the Carpinteria High School Boosters and has continued beyond the graduation of her own son through 19 years of service on the Boosters’ board. At the conclusion of this school year, Lori will have led the effort to support 9,000 Warrior students! In addition to her service at Carpinteria High School, Lori has also been a Board Member of the Carpinteria Valley Little League since its inception in 1996. When not volunteering, you can find Lori at her Coldwell Banker Realty office in Montecito. It is there that she and her business partner, Dana, are continuously recognized for their ongoing dedication to their clients.
